If you're hungry for more breaking horror news, then we've got some fresh blood for you: AMC just acquired the rights to Anne Rice's sweeping Vampire Chronicles series. Rice's horror novels center on Lestat de Lioncourt, an 18th-century French nobleman who lives on as a bloodthirsty vampire. The first book in Rice's series is the well-known Interview with the Vampire, which was made into the 1994 film of the same name starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt.
