Spanning from September 23rd to October 22nd, Libra season is winding down. But like any air sign, these individuals are ready to live any month to the fullest.

Also known as the sign of the Scales, Libras are most commonly celebrated for their strong sense of justice. But remember—just because they think they know better, doesn't mean they actually do.

Individuals under this sign can hold a nasty grudge, which is great for horror and terrible for real-life situations. So maybe stick with the flicks this Libra season?

When it comes to horror movies, Libras tend to fall into one of two camps: light on the guts and gore or full mutilation. This sign contains multitudes.

So where do you fall on the spectrum? Here are six horror movies for Libras to stream tonight!

The Craft

When Sarah (Robin Tunney) and her family move to LA, she finds connection and belonging with Nancy (Fairuza Balk), Bonnie (Neve Campbell), and Rochelle (Rachel True)—three outcasts who practice witchcraft.

As a coven of witches, their power flourishes. But as they cast spells to improve their own lives, it not only wreaks havoc on those around them, but comes back to them in kind…

As Libras are the sign of the Scales, the concept of balance is incredibly important to them. This film speaks to that value, as it embraces not only the balance of the elements, but the balance of darkness and light, good and evil.

It Follows

After a young woman, Jay (Maika Monroe), has sex with her boyfriend for the first time, she wakes up tied to a wheelchair. He tells her that he's passed something on to her—an entity only the carrier can see that will never stop coming for her unless she sexually transmits it to someone else.

Now Jay must keep herself alive by outpacing the entity that travels only at a walking speed. But should she ever stop, her death will be inevitable.

For all that Libras love justice, they are a pretty non-confrontational group. As most of this movie centers around a desperate need to flee, it speaks to their desire to avoid conflict.

Additionally, Libras don't love a lot of needless violence, so the fact that this is one of the less gory horror movies out there will satisfy that side of them.

Poltergeist

In the planned community of Cuesta Verde, California, the Freeling family receives a nasty surprise when the youngest child, five-year-old Carol Anne (Heather O'Rourke), starts conversing with the television. From there, a series of bizarre and unsettling events begin to unfold in the home.

As the paranormal activity graduates into something more sinister, the family desperately seeks help.

This is another film that doesn't utilize gore or violence, pleasing the softer aspect of Libra's personality.

On the harsher side of this zodiac sign, they're known to hold a nasty grudge. The spirits in this film know a thing or two about that.

I Know What You Did Last Summer

Speaking of grudges, this classic slasher is all about seeking revenge and finding personal justice the old-fashioned way.

Loosely based on the Lois Duncan novel of the same name, the film follows a group of four teens who are haunted by a tragic incident a year prior.

When the friends are reunited in their seaside town, they suddenly find themselves brutally hunted by a hook-wielding maniac.

Saw

The James Wan masterpiece that kicked off the beloved splatter horror franchise, this film open with two men trapped in a room on opposite sides of a corpse. They must follow the grisly instructions of their captor, or else face even worse consequences.

While this is certainly not the film for Libras who shy away from violence, this will intrigue Libras on the other end of the spectrum—the Libras who have a brutal hunger for justice.

This hunger leads them to pass judgment on those around them, believing their morality to be superior. It's not unlike the motivations of Jigsaw himself…

Truth or Dare

When a group of college friends play a game of Truth or Dare in an abandoned church in Mexico, they unwittingly participate in a supernatural version of the game.

The stakes are higher than ever, for if they tell a lie or refuse a dare, they will be gruesomely punished.

Libras are social creatures, and everything is better for them if it's done in a group—even if it's a demonic party game. And let's be honest, as an air sign they're a little bit emotionally messy, so the drama of a game like this will be entirely relatable.
