Season 10 of American Horror Story has certainly hit its fair share of bumps in the road. COVID-19 caused production to screech to a halt, pushing the premiere date far into 2021. Fans used their downtime to comb over what few details were known about the new season, which has been filming in and around the coastal area of Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Aside from the general filming location, we also know the main cast for the new season features AHS alums Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Kathy Bates, Finn Wittrock, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Angelica Ross, and Leslie Grossman. A new addition, albeit a very familiar face, has also been added to the cast: Macaulay Culkin, who, one can only guess, will be given plenty of room to shine in delivering AHS's signature dark humor.

Then came the big reveal of November 10, 2020. Ryan Murphy took to social media to drop the official poster for the new season, which you can see below. The photo, which is tagged with the location Provincetown, Massachusetts, shows a pointy-toothed beast with bright red lips, mouth agape. A blue-gloved hand reaches into the beast's open mouth to tattoo AHS10 FX on their tongue. This image furthers speculation on the theme of the new season. Multiple fans on Reddit have argued revolves around sirens, the mythical sea beasts that use a seductive song to enchant passersby and lure them into their clutches.

2021 can't come fast enough. Take a look at the creepy new poster below—and check back with us regularly for all your AHS news!
